As leader of Clifford Swan’s planned giving efforts, Ken brings legal, accounting, and tax expertise on a wide range of issues, including those affecting charitable trusts and nonprofit organizations, to the firm.
He joined the firm in 1997 after nearly 15 years in the nonprofit sector. His prior professional experience also includes independent consulting services in the area of planned giving administration and public accounting audit work for a wide variety of nonprofit organizations. A Colorado resident, Ken commutes to our California headquarters on a regular basis and travels extensively in support of our non profit client base.
